To ensure the smooth running of this event and to prevent any problems, all participants must read and agree to the following before participating.

Meeting time

DAY 1 WORKSHOP
Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts.

DAY 2
Please come to the venue between 11:50 and 12:30.

Please note : If you arrive after the designated time, you may not be able to enter or participate.

Regarding reception confirmation

Please be sure to present your ticket purchase record (purchase completion screen, purchase confirmation email, etc.) at the reception.

If the purchase record cannot be verified, the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry.

Battle Entry Notes

In principle, participants are limited to those who are eligible to represent Taiwan overseas (Japan).

The winner of the Open Division who is unable to cooperate with the organizer in representing Taiwan will not be able to receive the prize money.

Winners are responsible for checking and completing the necessary procedures for passports, visas, etc. required for departure from the country.

Travel expenses will be calculated based on airfare from Taipei or Kaohsiung and transportation costs within Japan.

The schedule is negotiable, but the final decision will be made by the organizers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Ticket purchase prices will increase by 20% for all tickets from March 7th onwards.
A 14% handling fee will be added to the ticket purchase price.
As a general rule, no refunds will be given for cancellations after tickets have been purchased.
Please note that the same policy will be applied to those who are unable to participate due to weather, traffic conditions, personal reasons, etc.

Battle Entry Notes

In principle, there is a limited number of participants who are qualified to participate in Taiwan and overseas (Japan) as representatives.

The winner of the public group, Young Muho, is the winner of the Taiwan representative title, and Young Muho is the winning reward.

The winner of the contest is responsible for the inspection of the country of origin, confirmation of certificates, etc., and completion of the procedures.

The travel expenses subsidy portion, the transfer fee from Taipei or Kaohsiung, and the travel expenses within Japan are converted.

The transaction may proceed smoothly, but the final decision will be made based on the principal's wishes.

Resignation fee and withdrawal fee

After purchasing the ticket, in principle, there will be no reception or consumption or retirement expenses.
Depending on the weather, traffic conditions, or individual factors, lawless participants may be accepted, and the same method may be used.
